My second time working as a Wedding Photographer at Cripps Barn.
I love these old converted barns. Cripps Barn in Cirencester, near Bibury in Gloucestershire is a great example.
However this time, instead of sun we had snow! I did not expect my first snowy wedding would be in the middle of spring, but it did lend itself to some different wedding photography.
Everyone still turned out with the snow falling think and fast. Stopping just in time for the service to warm up by the fire.
I had the pleasure of knowing Sarah and Simon for some time before the wedding day, as Simon indeed filmed my own wedding video a few years back!
With the weather being cold the main wedding photos had to be worked quickly so as not to the bride freeze. This wedding had a vintage feel to it so was able to use a slightly different approach to the way I treated some of the images.
The fun booth featured at the end of the night, and as always went down a treat. Many guests coming back again and again to use our new silver framing prop.
