This couple flew me over to the south of France as their wedding photographer in Carcassonne. To photograph their wedding in the vineyards of Domaine Gayda.
The bride, Emilie had booked me as their Carcassonne Wedding Photographer at Domaine Gayda, after seeing the photographs from a wedding a took in Menorca, and decided on me as her destination wedding photographer.
A lot of people ask me “you must have a great fun photographing weddings?”. I do! And this was one that stood out.
The setting was fabulous with a great vibe, as lots of family and friends headed over for a weeks holiday. Climaxing with the wedding day. And to top it off the wine tasted great! The rain did just about hold off but it was a bit chilly when the sun went in.
A highlight in the photography was stepping down into the wine cellars at Domaine Gayda. Getting between the barrels of wine for some intimate couple photographs. Something different for their album.
It was a pleasure to be part of the day and a lovely venue to photograph. I hope to get asked back soon!
